We work with our clients to choose the appropriate base spirit and rectify it with our organic flavorings (if necessary). Our extensive organic laboratory provides top-shelf aromatics and palette enhancements. Based on the client’s needs, our spirit chemist formulates the desired spirit outcome.
By law, we as a distiller spirits provider on behalf of our clients must submit a formula ingredient data application to the spirits formula to the federal government (TTB) for approval. This regulatory requirement can be time-consuming and complicated. Our spirit experts can fast-track this process on behalf of the client.
We facilitate label advisory and approvals for our clients. By law, we as a distilled spirits producer must submit to TTB on behalf of the client a COLA application for approval. Once the client provides AI artwork, we oversee the submission and approval process.
The form and choice of label is offered to the client where we outsource the printing to a printing warehouse familiar with the requirements of the spirits industry.

We offer guidance in choice and pricing of bottles and cans based on the clients desire. Our state-of-the art filling machines include high-speed fillers and nitrous injection for cans.
As a Type 07 rectifier, we distribute products throughout California for our own account as well as for clients. This service, provides a one-stop-shop for those who have limited sales capacity and lack distribution with national companies. Pricing is based on quantity and proximity of the drop-off from the warehouse.
